The breakfast bar accommodates up to 4 individuals, with extra seating for 6 at the spacious dining table.

The master bedroom features a king bed, new carpeting and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a tiled shower with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the hallway bathroom with shower only.

Smoking is prohibited on the premises as per homeowner rules, and guests are not allowed to smoke while on the property. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking will be subject to a $200 fine per day.
