Registration

All guests are required to complete this form 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date. We request one form per reservation and to be completed by the registered guest.

If you do not complete this form, we will be unable to send your check in instructions.

Note that our office hours are 8am to 9pm daily. If you encounter a problem after standard office hours, please call our emergency only cell phone at 970-531-2256.

Once we have received this completed form, we will email our door code and map if your vacation rental has an electronic lock.

Please note that we do need time to process your registration information, if you have registered for a same day arrival after 12 noon, please contact us at 970-726-6200 or email us at info@staygrandlake.com to confirm your registration was received and your vacation rental is ready for check in.
