StayGrandLake Policy

Stay Grand Lake’s priority is to keep our guests and owners as safe as possible and want to be able to provide the best and most up to date information.

For our company we have our team members available 7 days a week to be able to assist you.  Please reach out to our guest service team at info@staygrandlake.com or call us at 1-800-228-1025.  Our current office hours will be from 8am to 9pm.

Any reservation with stay dates between May 1, 2024 to October 310, 2024, will require a 25% deposit due at the time of booking.  The final payment will be due 7 days prior to your arrival date.

Any reservation with stay dates between November 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025 will require a 35% deposit due at the time of booking.  The final payment will be due 21 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations:  

All monies, once received are non-refundable. We do offer travel insurance with Global Generali Travel Insurance and strongly recommend purchasing the insurance to protect your trip.  If you are unable to come and did not purchase travel insurance, you will need to contact us in person so we are able to come to a reasonable resolution for both parties.  There is no guarantee of a refund or credit.

If you have an upcoming stay with us and have purchased Travel Insurance, if you would like to cancel, we ask that you contact your Travel Insurance company directly so they may provide you details regarding your policy.

If you have booked your stay with an outside booking agent (Air bnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com), and need to cancel, we recommend you first contact the party that you originally booked your reservation with for an explanation of their policies.  There is no guarantee for a refund.

Things to note about upcoming reservations:
ClubhouseAll clubhouse amenities will be subject to each properties rules and regulations per the governing HOA Boards.  Please refer to your individual property information.  These amenities are provided complimentary to you in the cost of the vacation rental and therefore there will no refunds or room rate reduction for their closure.  We will do our best to notify any guests prior to their arrival date if we know of any closures or projects that will impact the availability of clubhouse amenities.
Check-in procedures
We offer contactless check for all guests.  Once the final payment has been processed for your reservation, we will email you an invite to our guest portal.  The portal will provide map to the vacation rental, electronic door codes and wi-fi information.  
Our after hours number is 970-531-2256. As a courtesy to our staff, please use this number outside of our office hours and for emergencies only.

*Check-out procedures: Check out time is at 10:00AM.  All electronic door codes will be automatically revoked at this time.  There will be an additional fee assessed to guests for late check outs.  We may be able to accommodate a late check out based on unit availability - contact us prior to 10:00AM on you departure date to see if a late check out is possible.
